Siamo Luca, Patrizia e Marco, tre ragazzi che nel 2022 hanno deciso di trasformare la passione per i viaggi e l’amore per Bologna nel progetto Fabula Rooms. Ci siamo conosciuti tra esperienze di ostello e oggi mettiamo la stessa energia nell’accogliere ospiti da ogni parte del mondo. La nostra casa ha una storia speciale, apparteneva ai nonni di Luca. Una nonna molto silenziosa amante della lettura e del suo mestiere di sarta, ed un nonno falegname, burbero ma ingegnoso, che ha lasciato molti dei mobili ancora presenti. I mobili originali convivono con decorazioni uniche: libri, quadri antichi e piccoli dettagli autentici che portano con sé un frammento di storia: Ci troviamo in una posizione strategica, nel quartiere San Vitale – Mazzini, a due passi dal centro storico e dall’ospedale Sant’Orsola. A pochi minuti si incontrano botteghe tipiche, pizzerie, gelaterie e locali autentici, ideali per scoprire la vera Bologna. Da noi gli ospiti non trovano solo un posto dove dormire, ma un’esperienza da vivere. Ogni angolo della casa racconta una storia, e ci piace guidarvi in percorsi che uniscono relax, cultura e autenticità. We are Luca, Patrizia, and Marco, three friends who in 2022 decided to turn our passion for travel and our love for Bologna into the Fabula Rooms project. We first met through hostel experiences, and today we bring that same energy into welcoming guests from all over the world. Our house has a special story: it once belonged to Luca’s grandparents. His grandmother, a quiet woman who loved reading and her craft as a seamstress, and his grandfather, a gruff yet ingenious carpenter, who left behind many of the furniture pieces still present today. The original furniture lives alongside unique decorations—books, antique paintings, and authentic details that each carry a fragment of history. We are located in a strategic area, in the San Vitale – Mazzini district, just a short walk from the historic city center and the Sant’Orsola Hospital. Within minutes you’ll find traditional shops, pizzerias, gelaterias, and authentic local spots, perfect for discovering the real Bologna. With us, guests don’t just find a place to sleep, but an experience to live. Every corner of the house tells a story, and we love guiding you through journeys that blend relaxation, culture, and authenticity. We offer complimentary Nespresso coffee, personalized recommendations, and a guide to the best itineraries, venues, and hidden gems in the city.
